Advancing Chiari 1 Malformation Research: Mr. Muath Abbakr to Present at the 5th World Neuroscience, Neurology & Brain Disorders Summit
The 5th World Neuroscience, Neurology & Brain Disorders Summit (NeuroscienceUCG 2026) is honored to announce Mr. Muath Abdelkarim Ibrahim Abbakr as one of its distinguished speakers. This prestigious global event will be held from January 14–16, 2026, at Novotel Al Barsha, Dubai, UAE, bringing together neurosurgeons, neurologists, neuroscientists, and healthcare innovators from across the world.
Mr. Abbakr will deliver a presentation titled:
“Chiari 1 Malformation, Factors That May Influence Decision Making, and Introducing the Chiari 1 Malformation Severity Classification System.”
This talk will provide valuable insights into improving diagnostic precision and decision-making in patients with Chiari 1 Malformation, introducing a new severity classification system designed to enhance clinical management and patient outcomes.
Exploring New Perspectives in Chiari 1 Malformation
Chiari 1 Malformation is a complex neurological condition that continues to challenge neurosurgeons due to its diverse clinical manifestations and overlapping radiological features. Mr. Abbakr’s presentation aims to deepen understanding of the factors influencing surgical decisions and to propose a structured classification system to better guide clinical pathways.
Key points of his presentation will include:
-
The clinical and radiological parameters influencing decision-making in Chiari 1 Malformation cases.
-
Introduction of the Chiari 1 Malformation Severity Classification System, offering a standardized approach for neurosurgical evaluation.
-
Integration of evidence-based criteria for treatment planning and prognosis assessment.
-
The role of research and data analysis in advancing surgical protocols and patient safety.
Through this contribution, Mr. Abbakr emphasizes the need for a global framework that aligns diagnostic and treatment approaches to achieve consistency and excellence in neurosurgical practice.
